Spider-Man Actor Tom Holland Dressed In Full Costume to Surprise Hospitalized Kids, Including Batman Fan

Holland and "Spider-Man: Homecoming" co-stars Zendaya and Jacob Batalon took a break from filming and walked into New York-Presbyterian Hospital.

Actor Tom Holland donned his red and blue Spider-Man suit as he delighted children in a New York hospital this week, but one pint-sized Batman fan was clearly waiting for someone else.

Holland and Spider-Man: Homecoming co-stars Zendaya and Jacob Batalon took a break from filming and walked into New York-Presbyterian Hospital to lift up the spirits of its smaller patients.

To pull off the spectacle, Holland suited up in the famous costume, which has been delighting kids since Spider-Man’s inception in 1962.

“Hey buddy, what's up,” Holland says in the video posted to Instagram as he visits one of the kids. “I’m Spider-Man, nice to meet you."

The boy, Nicholas, who was wearing a Batman t-shirt, was clearly more of a Dark Knight kind of guy.

"So do you like Batman better than Spider-Man?” Holland asks, to which the boy nodded.

Flabbergasted, Holland shoots back: “What? Why is that? What’s better about Batman?”

The adorable child responded: “Poo poo.”

The new Spider-Man film opens in theaters next year.
