A military dad is showing just how brave he can be by attending a ballet class with his 4-year-old daughter.

Philip Curry, who is stationed in England with the U.S. Air Force, made the little girl's day by joining her at the "Bring a Family Member to Dance" event at the Brandon School of Dance near Norwich.

"He was very willing to do it with her and took it seriously," his wife, Jessica, told InsideEdition.com.

A video taken by Jessica and shared by Caters shows Curry's best pirouetting skills. He even waves a pink wand while his daughter grins beside him.

"Alison LOVED having him dance with her. You can see that in her smile," Jessica said.

Philip, an aircraft maintainer originally from Dallas, Texas, is clearly a contender for dad of the year.

"The other dads chose to do the tap dancing portion of the class instead but Philip dove right in [to ballet]," Jessica said. "She loves her daddy very much. They love spending time together."
