Pedestrian Avoids Getting Hit by a Car as She Jumps Behind Lamppost

The Tuesday incident in Poland started when an SUV making a left turn collided with a sedan going straight.

A lamppost was the difference between life and death for this pedestrian, who was too close for comfort as two cars collided on a busy street.

The Tuesday incident in Poland started when a left-turning SUV collided in a sedan going straight, according to footage provided by the Kalisz City Board for Road and Transport.

A woman turning the corner happened to be in the path of the out-of-control sedan, but luckily, the car instead crashed into a lamppost that happened to be between the pedestrian and the car.

Although both cars sustained heavy damage, no one was seriously injured, The Associated Press reported.
