A North Carolina teen managed to steal a police car while handcuffed and allegedly drunk, according to reports.

Dekota Locklear, 18, was arrested around 2 a.m. at a DWI checkpoint in Washington Heights after police noticed his “bloodshot eyes” and he failed a sobriety test while in his car with an unidentified 13-year-old, reports said.

Police said they handcuffed Locklear and put him in the backseat of a police cruiser and left the engine running because it was cold outside.

The teen somehow maneuvered his handcuffed hands to the front of his body, got into the driver’s seat of the car, and sped off, according to reports.

“Somebody’s getting suspended,” a police source told the New York Post.

Locklear drove 12 miles to Yonkers and then ditched the car, which officers found using GPS, according to reports.
