Kate Upton has landed on the 2017 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition cover for the third time, and for the fifth time within the magazine's pages.

The 2017 edition comes with three different Upton covers, each of which was revealed on Jimmy Kimmel Live Tuesday night.

"I am very happy," she told Kimmel, barely containing her excitement.

Taking to Instagram later, Upton shared her thoughts about returning to the cover.

 

Wow, I feel so honored and excited to be back with Sports Illustrated!! Thank you @si_swimsuit and @mj_day for inviting me to be part of an issue that features and celebrates beauty and confidence in every shape and size #siswim17 #grateful

"Wow, I feel so honored and excited to be back with Sports Illustrated!!" she wrote.

Sports Illustrated also shared backstage footage of Upton learning she was 2017's cover girl on Instagram.

They also showed off behind-the-scenes footage of Upton modeling for the mag.

The magazine — on newsstands now — also features Chrissy Teigen, Hannah Jeter, Christie Brinkley (along with her daughters Alexa Ray Joel and Sailor Brinkley Cook) and Nina Agdal.
