Outspoken Trump Critic Whoopi Goldberg Tells His Daughter Tiffany She'll Sit With Her at NYFW

The comedian said: "I will sit next to you. Because I've been there where people said, 'We're not going to sit next to you.' I will find your ass and sit."

First daughter Tiffany Trump is receiving support from one of her dad's most outspoken critics after photos showed no one sitting next to her at a New York Fashion Week show Monday.

“You know what Tiffany? I’m supposed to go to a couple more shows," Whoopi Goldberg said on The View Thursday. "I don't know what's going to happen, but I’m coming to sit with you. Because nobody's talking politics. You're looking at fashion! She doesn't want to talk about her dad! She's looking at fashion!"

The comedian added: "I will sit next to you. Because I’ve been there where people said, 'We're not going to sit next to you.' I will find your ass and sit next to you!"

Tiffany sent a tweet right back saying: “Thank you @whoopigoldberg i'd love to sit with you too!"

"I just don't think it's right to judge or treat someone not with respect because she or he is the daughter or son of somebody people don't like," designer Philip Plein, whose show Tiffany attended Monday, said in a statement.
