A Mississippi meteorologist somehow kept his composure as a small child crashed his live weather report and gave a forecast of his own that called for "farts and toots" in the area.

WLBT Meteorologist Patrick Ellis was in the middle of his forecast when a young boy named Houston, the child of one of the network's lawyers, ran in front of the camera and began mimicking the act of passing gas in front of the digital map.

"We've got a little bit of, uh, interesting things going on right now," Ellis said as Houston ran into the shot.

As Ellis tried to get the boy to do the report for him, the boy obliged, saying, "Yeah, there are farts everywhere and toots, and they are crazy."

Houston’s dad quickly scooped him up and away from the set, leaving Ellis laughing but eager to continue the forecast.

Following the incident, Ellis posted the video on Facebook with the caption: “All I'm going to say is watch out for the 'toots' across central Mississippi."
