Timberlake couldn’t help but lift 6-month-old baby Logan into the air, mimicking the famous scene from The Lion King, when he was spotted by fans at the American Century Celebrity Golf Championship Tournament in South Lake Tahoe.

“We all started singing 'The Circle of Life' like The Lion King and it was freaking awesome,” Logan’s dad, Michael Hood, told InsideEdition.com.

Hood, who traveled to the event from Roseville, Calif., with his wife Aly, said they were stationed by the eighth hole when other spectators started cooing over little Logan.

"One of the ladies was joking [and said], 'You should get Justin to hold your baby for you,'" he recalled.

In the video Hood posted to social media, it was pretty clear Timberlake was more interested in the game, but eventually gave in and came over to greet the family.

Although Timberlake ignored Hood's request for a handshake, Hood admitted he was in awe.

"I don’t get starstruck a whole lot, but Justin Timberlake is this generation’s Elvis, so to speak," he said. "We thought this would be awesome for [Logan] to look back on and say, 'Wow, I got to be held by Justin Timberlake.'"
