Dancing Duchess: Kate Middleton Twirls With Paddington Bear During Charity Event

The pregnant Duchess of Cambridge is still suffering from severe morning sickness, but husband William says she's "feeling much better."

The Duchess of Cambridge took on the title of “Dancing Queen” when she was caught on camera twirling with Paddington Bear on Monday morning.

Kate Middleton, Prince William and Prince Harry made a surprise guest appearance at a children’s charity event at Paddington Station in London.

Middleton, showing off her growing baby bump in a pale pink dress, could be seen taking the hand of someone dressed as the beloved children’s literary character and doing a spin.

She is currently expecting her third child and continues to be affected by hyperemesis gravidarum, or severe morning sickness.

A royal aid said that while her health has improved, she continues to make decisions “day-to-day.”

Middleton also suffered from the condition while she was pregnant with 4-year-old George and 2-year-old Charlotte.
