Identity of Woman In Manti Te'o Hoax Photos Revealed

So who is the beautiful dark-haired girl in the photos who had her identity stolen by the Manti Te'o hoaxer?

INSIDE EDITION has learned she is a 23-year-old named Diane O'Meara who works in marketing in Los Angeles.

She went to school in California with Te'o. She was homecoming princess there. She also attended California State University in Long Beach.

O'Meara is said to have been "Confused, then horrified to find that she had become the face of a dead woman."

Referring to the photo used in the ruse, she told deadspin.com, "That picture is a picture of me from my Facebook account."
