Emotions Run High As Hillary Clinton Testifies Before Senate

Tensions were high as Hillary Clinton returned to the Senate floor to discuss the attacks in Benghazi that killed a U.S. ambassador and three security personnel. INSIDE EDITION has the report.

Fireworks erupted as Hillary Clinton testified before a Senate committee on the attack on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi, Libya. She was challenged about those now discredited claims that initially linked the attack to an anti-Muslim movie.

She said, “We had four Americans dead. Was it was because of a protest or because people out for a walk decided to go kill Americans? At this point, what difference does it make? “

She also choked back tears as she spoke about comforting the families of ambassador Christopher Stevens and the three security personnel killed in the attack.

She said, “I put my arms around the mothers and fathers, the sisters and brothers, the sons and daughters, and the wives left alone to raise their children.”

Her long-awaited appearance before the committees was delayed by her recent head injury.
