Pro Wrestler Uprooted Tree To Save Mom From Burning Home

Wrestling star Chris Masters ripped a tree out of the ground with his bare hands to help rescue his mother from her burning home. INSIDE EDITION has the story.

A wrestling superstar put his massive muscles to good use when he found his mom trapped inside her blazing home.

Chris "The Masterpiece" Masters actually uprooted a tree with his bare hands so he could smash a window and rescue his trapped mother.

The drama happened at the wrestler's mom's home. Cops say a crazed neighbor somehow got into her house, locked her in her bedroom and then set fire to the house.

Masters got a call that his mom was in danger and raced to her home.

The 6'4", 265-pound wrestler saw that the bedroom window was blocked by a tree. So the tree had to go.

He bear-hugged it like one of his opponents in the WWE matches he used to star in.

Masters then ripped the tree from the ground so that cops could smash the window and help him get his mom out. He spoke to Good Morning America about his heroics.

Masters said, “So basically I took this whole tree and bear-hugged it all the way down to the floor.”

Masters later posted a photo of the cuts he sustained during the rescue on his social media page.

He tweeted, "Pulled down a tree to bust my mom's windows open and get her out of the house. Moms resting comfortably with me at my place."

Masters said, “It was just me saving my mom's life and probably the craziest days of my life and one of the scariest things I’ve ever been through.”
