A beautiful wedding was taking place on the beach in Key Largo, Florida, when suddenly, lightning struck with a thunderous boom. The entire wedding party was terrified.
Was it a sign from above? Could it mean this union is meant to be?
Brian Lehrman and Holly Thornton are now back home in Idaho. INSIDE EDITION caught up with them via Skype.
Brad told INSIDE EDITION's Paul Boyd, "My first thought was, 'Are we safe? Are we stupid? What do we do?"
INSIDE EDITION's Paul Boyd asked, "Was there any thought, Holly, as this moment was unfolding, 'Maybe I'm not supposed to marry this guy?'"
"Absolutely not. Brad and I have been counting down the days until our wedding, so we were ready," said Holly.
One thing's for sure, these newlyweds sure have a spark.
