Reverend And Photographer Quarell During Wedding Ceremony
It was reverend versus photographer.
The reverend said, "This is a solemn assembly, not a photography session"
The bizarre scene took place during the marriage of a photogenic young couple in Pennsylvania.
The reverend conducting the ceremony felt the official wedding photographer and the video cameraman were way too close.
The reverend said, “Please, sirs, leave. Please.”
The photographer answered back and said, "Where do you want me to be?"
“Anywhere other than here,” replied the reverend.
The groom and bride could not believe what they were seeing.
The reverend declared, “I will stop the ceremony if you do not get out of the way.”
Lots of people on line are wondering is it real? You bet it is.
INSIDE EDITION’s Megan Alexander spoke to the photographer on the receiving end of the priest's withering put-down.
The photographer, Kamrul Hasan said, "I was shocked. I looked at the bride and groom and did not know what to do."
He complied and stepped away from the priest and the couple.
The wedding pictures were shot from a different angle once the photographer found a spot the priest didn't object to.
Alexander asked, "Has this ever happened to you?"
Hasan said, "No, not it my 300 plus weddings."
Alexander said, "300 plus weddings!"
Hasan replied, "No. Not at all. This has never happened."
