Two Maryland State Troopers are being hailed as heroes for saving a choking baby during a called on March 21. The swift actions of Trooper Taylor Hersh and Corporal Jonathan Soultzfus from MDSP's Prince Frederick Barrack, saved the child after one of the troopers grabs the baby from the mother's hands and gave it the Heimlich maneuver and within seconds the baby boy can be seen moving and breathing. It is unknown what caused the baby to choke, but the bodycam footage of the rescue was put on social media by the Maryland State Police.

They're the smallest victims of the war in Iran. Since the US and Israel launched attacks on the country nearly a month ago, many people have fled the danger. There is outrage over the death of a mama bear who liked to take dips in neighborhood pools and build comfortable places for her cubs to rest. Freedom for the bear, lovingly known as "Blondie," abruptly came to an end after wildlife officials drove her out of a crawl space, tranquilized her and eventually euthanized her. The California Department of Fish and Wildlife captured Blondie after they say she swiped at a woman who was walking her dog and a man sitting on his porch.

After Judge Michael McNally, presiding in Woodhaven, Michigan, told her she can not be driving, the woman told the judge she was in the passenger seat. Kimberly Carroll told the judge that she would have her "driver" pull over, but the judge was not buying it. Judge McNally then asked to see the driver. It turned out the thief used her key fob to steal her car.

Now, Madalina’s mom and her stepfather were arrested and charged with failure to report a missing child.
