"The most inappropriate behavior @BostonLogan TSA is doing to me. I have never felt this violated in my life,” she posted.
It wasn't long before officials at Logan Airport offered their regrets.
"We apologize for the poor treatment," the airport tweeted back, adding a suggestion that she report the situation to the TSA., which has come under fire since it began new pat-down procedures.
In a statement to Inside Edition, a TSA spokesperson said: "We take reports of alleged impropriety very seriously and regret any distress the security screening process may have caused the passenger."

The statement added that the agency looked into the incident and "concluded that all security protocols were followed as our officers worked to resolve multiple alarms. TSA officers must work to resolve all alarms at the checkpoint to ensure everyone arrives safely at their destination."
It added: "We have reached out to the passenger and will work with her directly to address any concerns."
Lana later tweeted a note of thanks to a police officer who she says apparently helped her during her situation.
Fans had been wishing her well and expressed frustration on the social network.
