We now know who bought some of Elizabeth Taylor's iconic jewels at Christie's auction house in New York City. It was none other than Kim Kardashian. The reality TV star bought a set of three diamond and jade bangles by Lorraine Schwartz and paid an eye-popping 65 thousand dollars for them; ten times the estimated price.
Kim is a huge fan of the screen legend. Earlier this year she channeled Taylor's role as Cleopatra for a sexy photo shoot in Harper's Bazaar.
