Kerry Kennedy In Court

Kerry Kennedy spoke at a press conference about crashing into a truck and being found incoherent. INSIDE EDITION reports.
Kerry Kennedy faced the music.
"I apologize to the other drivers who were on the road that day," said Kennedy.
Kerry—daughter of Robert F. Kennedy and the former wife of New York Governor Andrew Cuomo—was flanked by her sister Rory and brother Christopher as she left court.
Kerry sideswiped a truck and almost hit several other vehicles. Cops say they found her incoherent at the wheel of her car after she pulled over.
"In my discussions with the police officer, I was confused and erratic," said Kennedy.
She pleaded not guilty in court yesterday. And at a news conference, she attributed the mishap to a head injury, and not to having taken Ambien.
"The abnormal EEG, the lack of memory, the quick recovery, and a series of other factors led my doctors to believe that this accident was caused, not by a sleeping aid, but by a complex, partial seizure," said Kennedy.
