Perfection Only Exists In The Virtual World

It's the photoshop makeover everyone's talking about.

A pretty, petite woman transformed into a rail-thin, tall supermodel before your eyes—thanks to the power of the computer. The video has gone viral, earning more than 4 million views!

INSIDE EDITION tracked down the woman behind it all and guess what? She turned out to be a35-year-old stay-at-home mom and actress. The woman is Sally Gifford Piper and her husband, Tim, directed the video.

Sally said, "I want people to know that the expectation or the standard out there for what is beautiful for women is unobtainable."

So, how does a five-foot-two, 125-pound woman transform into a five-foot-10, 110-pound bombshell?

Sally's complexion was smoothed and given a golden sheen. Her lips were made fuller, her nose slimmed, and her eyes widened. Then, her shoulder was raised, her tummy was slimmed, her legs elongated, and her calves narrowed.

After the treatment, Sally conceded, "I felt sad when I realized how far I am from that ideal."

INSIDE EDITION's Megan Alexander said, "I couldn't help but wonder how would I look with the same treatment."

Tim began to work on Alexander, and he created a before and after picture of his work of Alexander in Photoshop.  After viewing the photo, Alexander commented, "I have to admit, I kind of like my new flat stomach and long skinny legs, but perfection like this exists only in the virtual world."
