INSIDE EDITION sat down with Jon Gosselin to get his take on his daughters' awkward interview with Savannah Guthrie on the Today show.
Jon Gosselin is reacting to the cringe-worthy TV appearance with his teenage twins that the whole nation's talking about.
The internet is on fire with headlines like "Twins Clam Up," "Twins Awkward Interview," "Refuse to Speak," and "Girls Go Silent."
INSIDE EDITION’s Les Trent asked, “Are you angry about this appearance?”
Jon said, “I am angry that she would put our unexperienced kids into a situation like this.”

It was one of the most awkward interviews ever. Cara and Mady simply refused to talk to Savannah Guthrie on the Today show.
When Guthrie asked, "What would you like to say about how your sister, your family, are doing?" there was silence from both Mady and Cara.
Jon, who was married to Kate when the twins and their sextuplet siblings shot to fame on Jon and Kate Plus Eight, said he was watching the interview with his girlfriend.
He said, “They just shut down. They did not say anything, so, which turned into worse. Liz and I are watching and saying, ‘Come on girls, just please say something.’”
Jon even thinks the girls may have been rebelling against their mother, saying, “I guess in their brain they took a moral stand by not saying anything.”
Kate tried to prompt Cara and Mady to talk, but no dice. She said, “Mady, your words, it's your chance spit it out.”
Last week, the girls were on the cover of People magazine under the headline: “Kate's Twins Tell All,” but on the Today show, not so much.
Trent asked, “Do you find the body language telling?”
“The frown, looking down, not paying attention, she hears her mom. I am not an expert, I just know my kids,” said Jon.
After the interview Kate tried to put a positive spin on things, tweeting: “1st live interview can render even the gabbiest girls speechless :)”
But published reports say Kate went "type-A crazy" backstage at the Today show and told her twins quote: "You embarrassed mommy"
Jon says the girls were just incredibly nervous because of the pressure of live TV. That's quite a challenge for even a grownup.
He said, “You put our kids into a situation that they were not prepared for.”
