Hugh Jackman Surprises A 9-Year-Old Wolverine Fan Who Has Cystic Fibrosis

Hugh Jackman took time out of his busy schedule to surprise one of his biggest fans during an Australian radio broadcast.

Hugh Jackman was a real-life superhero for this nine-year-old boy with cystic fibrosis.

Dominic is a huge fan of the X-Men character Wolverine, and he also loves the films starring Jackman as the hero.

So the Make-A-Wish Foundation put Dominic in touch with Australia’s "Kyle and Jackie O" radio show as it hosted Jackman as a guest.

But while the young boy thought Jackman was going to chat with him over the phone, he was in for a surprise.

When they were on the phone, Dominic asked the actor: “What is your favorite [Wolverine] pose?”

Jackman, who was in another room, told the boy he had a unique way of showing him - before running in to his room and showing off the pose - right in front of him.

Dominic was shocked when his idol walked through the door and the two bonded over the movie lines.

Jackman, who is currently on stage in Australia in a show about his life, even gave Dominic tickets to the show.

He then told the child: “I have met a lot of fans over the years, you are one of my favorites, man.”
