Lady Gaga climbed aboard a sanitation truck outside Trump Tower holding a “Love Trumps Hate” sign following the election results.

Prior to her arrival at Donald Trump’s Fifth Avenue building, she tweeted: "Say a prayer America."

The singer is not the only person to express her disbelief in the results.

There were angry demonstrations by college students in California.

According to the Los Angeles Times, an estimated 2,000 people rallied at UCLA. In Oakland, demonstrators burned American flags and took to the streets to denounce Donald Trump’s victory.

There was also confrontation outside the White House as an estimated crowd of more than 1,000 people chanted outside the White House: “F*** Donald Trump!”

Supporters for both candidates clashed outside 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.
