12-Year-Old’s Electric Wheelchair Stolen Outside House in New York

Home surveillance video caught a man taking a wheelchair and backpack from the front of a house in New York. This is who he stole from: Alyiah Rivera, 12, from Ossining. She tells WCBS that her electric wheelchair and backpack, containing her laptop, were left outside her home while she made her way out to get the school bus. But in that short time, the video shows a man driving up in a minivan, and loading the wheelchair into the back. Inside Edition Digital’s Mara Montalbano has more.
