Two teenagers have been arrested, following the drug-related death of a 15-year-old. The Los Angeles Police Department says Melanie Ramos died of a drug overdose while at school. They believe Melanie and an unidentified friend thought they were buying Percocet, but it was laced with a synthetic opioid. According to authorities, a 15-year-old boy was arrested and will be charged with manslaughter for allegedly selling the drugs to Melanie Ramos.
