7-Year-Old Boy Biking Down Highway to Save Diabetic Dad Rescued by Teacher

An elementary school teacher in South Carolina shares a new bond with a former student after a scary moment. Keller Sutherland was driving home from work when she noticed a little boy biking on the side of the busy highway. She pulled the car over and realized the boy was formerly a student in her class. Cameron Simoncic, 7, said he jumped on his bike to try and help his diabetic dad, who was having a medical emergency at home. "Cameron was so calm and brave in that moment," Sutherland said.
