Murder Suspect Brian Walshe Convicted of Art Fraud

A Massachusetts man facing charges for the murder of his wife, was just sentenced to three years behind bars in an art fraud scheme. Prosecutors say Brian Walshe sold two fake Andy Warhol paintings on eBay in 2016. A federal judge sentenced Walshe to 37 months in prison. He was also ordered to pay $475,000 in restitution. In an unrelated case, Walshe faces a first-degree murder charge and other charges related to the killing of his wife, Ana. The body of the mother of three and realtor has not been found.
