It’s being called “the Virgin Defense.” Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh told Fox News in an Monday night that he was a virgin in high school as he tries to fend off allegations of sexual misconduct that may derail his confirmation to the U.S. Supreme Court. Kavanaugh’s wife Ashley sat next to him during the interview. Body language expert Lillian Glass said Ashley looked uncomfortable during the exchange.
