Drones in California Are Scaring Birds and Leading Them to Abandon Their Eggs

Drones are causing big problems for wildlife at the Bolsa Chica Conservancy in Huntington Beach. It’s happening as more and more people are returning outdoors after spending the last year inside. Crashing drones are leading birds to abandon their eggs. “We understand they want to go there to take pictures and appreciate the great outdoors but can be protected,” Tim Daly, of California Fish and Wildlife said. Inside Edition Digital’s Stephanie Officer explains.
