Dutch Artist Uses Commonly-Found Items to Create Massive Crawling Art Sculptures

These unusual structures that seem to crawl down the beach are actually art sculptures. They’re the creations of Dutch artist Theo Jansen. The gigantic skeletal sculptures use wind power to move around and fly. To make his creations, he uses commonly-found building materials. And Theo hopes to create new forms of life. “In the end of my life, I hope these animals will survive on their own. So we have a new specimen on earth,” he said. Inside Edition Digital has more.
