How a Missing AirPod Helped Capture Hit-and-Run Suspect

Lachlan Nichol was left bloody and battered after a car crashed into the 15-year-old while he was riding his bike. Cops say the driver took off, not realizing that one of Nichol's Apple AirPods flew off from the impact and landed inside the car. Cops say a tracking software led them to the damaged SUV. They say they found the missing AirPod "lodged under a floor mat." Peter Swing was charged with leaving the scene of a crash causing great bodily injury.
