A Florida man won’t face charges after shooting and killing another person following an argument over a parking space in the city of Clearwater because of the “stand your ground” law. The argument over the spot occurred on Thursday and now there is controversy over the police decision on how to handle the tragedy. Cops say the drama began when a car parked in a handicapped spot at a convenience store and a fight ensued.
