College Softball Players Carry Injured Opponent Around Bases
March 3, 2023
After a grand slam, Grand View University softball player Kaitlyn Moses injured her ankle and could not get back up. Members of the opposing team, Southeastern University, picked Moses up and carried her around the bases. Under the rules of the game, her teammates could not help her since she was injured. However, the rules do not say anything about the opposing team lending a helping hand. When she reached home plate, she hugged the players because they helped her.
