Hero Rescue Dog With 4 Prosthetic Legs Rocks Red Carpet at Hero Dog Awards

A golden retriever with four amputated legs has won a top honor at the 2018 American Hero Dog Awards in Beverly Hills. Chi Chi was left for dead in a South Korean dumpster, her legs bound and rotting, most likely a victim of the dog meat trade, and was later adopted by a loving family in Arizona. The inspirational dog now has specially fitted prostheses that allow her to walk. Chi Chi now spends her days helping others as a therapy dog.
