Falling down is the curse of aging. The average person over 65 falls down at least once a year. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg was released from hospital Friday after falling and breaking three ribs. At a Veterans Affairs hospital in Florida, Tommy McNeil teaches people how to fall safely. “As you're falling you want to try to lower your center of gravity,” he explained to Inside Edition.
