Man's Cellphone Calls 911 Independently When Car Crashes

A man can be heard begging for help as he is stuck inside a car that was submerged upside down in water. It happened in Martin County Florida. Police say they were alerted to the accident because the man’s cellphone independently called 911 and provided the longitude and latitude of its location. When cops arrived on scene they could hear the driver calling out for help. Deputies worked together to pry the car door open. Inside Edition Digital’s Mara Montalbano has more.
