Megyn Kelly delivered an emotional apology Wednesday for suggesting it's OK for people to dress in blackface for Halloween. She made the remarks Tuesday during a panel discussion about costume controversies. "You do get in trouble if you are a white person who puts on blackface for Halloween, or a black person who puts on whiteface for Halloween," Kelly said. "Back when I was a kid that was OK just as long as you were dressing as a character." On Wednesday, she offered a mea culpa.
