Mom of Child Who Died on Beach Shares Heartbreaking Message

New details are emerging about the tragic suffocation death of a 7-year-old girl on a Florida beach. Sloan Mattingly and her 9-year-old brother were buried when a six-foot-deep sand hole they were digging collapsed. An eyewitness says the children's father came tantalizingly close to saving her but could not pull her out in time. However, her brother survived and was later released from the hospital.
