Morgan Spurlock, ‘Supersize Me’ Filmmaker, Dies at 53

Morgan Spurlock, the documentarian who became famous after spending an entire month only eating McDonald’s food, has died. He died from complications of cancer, according to a statement by his family. For 30 days, he only ate the fast food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. His documentary about the experience, “Supersize Me,” was nominated for an Academy Award. Spurlock was 53 years old.
