Once-Orphaned Otter Spends 5th Birthday Getting Spoiled

The Aquarium of the Pacific planned a luxurious day for Chloe the Otter, who turned five. Just a few years ago, Chloe was an orphan. She was taken to the aquarium, and now she passes the time eating restaurant quality seafood. Chloe was joined by tons of friends in celebration.
