You can hear a flight attendant yelling out instructions for the "a e d," code for the automated external defibrillator.  "We were simply doing our jobs," Captain Tammie Jo Shults says of herself and her co-pilot. Now the hero pilot who brought the plane in for a landing is breaking her silence. She expressed sympathy for Jennifer Riordan, the passenger who lost her life after nearly getting sucked out of the window.
