Nap Cafe Helps Ukrainian Refugees ‘Feel Safe’

People at the Vinci Power Nap in Dream’s Cafe in Poland spend about $28 US dollars for a 20 minute “regenerative body & mind session,” or in layman’s terms, a nap. Amidst the sounds of birds chirping and the smell of evergreen trees, people take off their shoes and turn off their phones. They’re helped inside suspended hammocks that give the feeling of being in zero gravity. Founder Magdalena Filcek likens the swing to being in the womb or in a parent’s arms.
