Mom of Murdered Maryland Woman Rachel Morin Speaks Out

The man accused in the murder of Rachel Morin was extradited from Oklahoma to Maryland. Victor Hernandez arrived handcuffed and is now in the custody of Homeland Security agents. The capture of Hernandez is inflaming political passions. Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas apparently forgot Morin's name and referred to her as "the individual." Morin's mom tells Inside Edition she doesn't want her daughter's death to be exploited.
