Researchers in Australia Observe Octopus Throwing Objects at Each Other

Octopuses are quite the troublemakers. They’re typically loners, anti-social, and sometimes cannibals, but researchers in Australia filmed them interacting with and even throwing objects at each other. After observing hours of footage, they noticed the creatures, mainly the females, threw algae, shells and silt at their counterparts.
