‘So I Raped You’ College Assault Suspect Subject of International Manhunt

Pennsylvania authorities have issued an arrest warrant in connection with an alleged 2013 campus attack, almost eight years after the woman reported it to police and one year after she received a Facebook message saying, “So I raped you.” Police are seeking Ian Cleary, 28, of Saratoga, California, but have not found him yet. An affidavit alleges Cleary stalked 18-year-old Shannon Keeler at a Gettysburg College party in December 2013, then followed her home and sexually assaulted her in her dorm room.
