The Story Behind Home Run Baseball Tossed Back Onto Field During World Series

One Astros fan stole a home run ball from his sister-in-law Sunday night in game 5 of the World Series in Houston and threw it back onto the field. The ball hit by L.A. Dodger Yasiel Puig was caught by Sarah Head. Her brother-in-law, Kirk Head, took the ball from her and threw it back to the players on the field. The Internet lit up with comments, with some calling Kirk “deranged” and “a jerk.” Kirk is a huge Astros fan and threw back the ball to follow a baseball tradition.
