Stray Dog Had Plastic Jug on Head for a Month Before Helper Cut It Off

A woman says she spent a month trying to wrangle this stray dog, not because she was in desperate need of a new pet, but because it needed help. Teri Goodnight of Texas says the poor thing had been walking around all that time with a plastic jug on its head. It repeatedly ran away when she and others tried to approach it to help.
