Suspected Tampa Serial Killer Caught

Tampa police announced an arrest in the case of a possible serial killer that's caused sleepless nights in one neighborhood. Howell Emanuel Donaldson III, 24, will be charged with killing four people, in a rampage cops say began Oct. 9.
