Swifties are flying off to Portugal this Memorial Day weekend just to see their idol. The pop megastar has single-handedly sparked a surge in travel to Europe. United Airlines reveals the demand for flights to Lisbon this weekend spiked 25% compared to last year, all thanks to Taylor Swift. Seattle native Sheyla Cerda flew 7,442 miles just to see the singer. She tells Inside Edition, “It was very exhausting, but standing here in line right now is making it all so worth it!”
