Postal worker Eugene Gates died after collapsing while delivering mail amid an excessive heat warning in Texas. The combination of humidity and triple-digit temperatures is making for an unprecedented heat wave across Texas. It was a stifling 115 degrees when the 66-year-old postal worker collapsed.
