One of the people arrested for the January 6 Capitol Assault was Derrick Evans -- an elected official from West Virginia. But people who know Evans say this latest incident is part of a pattern of threatening behavior. “Evans wasn't really a known figure,” journalist Kyle Vass told Inside Edition Digital, “until he started live streaming himself on Facebook going to the Women's Health Center.” Vass continued, “He'd film himself standing outside and just yelling at women.”
